Để download được báo từ IEEE thì phải có tài khoản truy cập. Vì một số anh em mod trên diễn đàn đang học tập ở NN nơi trường đã mua tài khoản truy nhập cho cả hệ thống mạng (máy tính kết nối trong mạng của trường đều truy nhập tài khoản được) nên giúp các bạn SV ở trong nước download các bài báo cần cho công việc hoc tập nghiên cứu.

Theo mình biết thì ở NN, chính phủ (Bộ GD) đứng ra mua một cổng truy nhập vào một tạp chí (IEEE chẳng hạn) rồi sau đó chia thành nhiều cổng cho các trường nên thực ra chi phí mỗi trường phải bỏ ra không nhiều. Ở VN mình hiện đã có nhiều trường bỏ kinh phí ra mua tài khoản truy nhập riêng cho mình nên sẽ tốn kém. Sao Bộ GD&DT không mua cổng chung rồi chia cho các trường nhỉ?

Cái này cũng tùy nước thôi. Ở bên UK này thì mỗi trường tự đăng ký các tài khoản. Từ năm 2007 trở về trước, anh cũng chỉ có thể truy cập các journal chính của IEEE và IEE từ mạng của trường. Đến năm nay anh mới có thể truy cập các proceeding của hội thảo.

Vì thế, các bài báo mà Mecha đã lấy chỉ ghi "Authorized licensed use limited to: IEEE Xplore", chứ báo loại này mà anh lấy về thì nó tương thẳng tên trường của anh vào chỗ "IEEE Xplore" đấy.

Summary:A new computationally efficient path-following algorithm is presented for source localization that uses a uniform linear sensor array. An algebraic relation is demonstrated between the bearing of a source under a plane wave assumption and the actual source bearing and range.
